ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Virginia Rose has always loved to tell stories for as long as she can remember. From a young age she would come up with stories to tell her little sisters before bed and eventually began writing down her ideas as novels. She started her debut series Gateway to Arisha when she was 17 and published the first book, Uncertain Beginnings, in 2024.
One could describe her stories as soulful. Not just because they are written and illustrated completely by a human, but because her characters can't seem to keep their souls in their proper bodies. Rose attributes this to her desire to write fantasy for those who feel burdened by their own bodies, be that from social awkwardness or from battling chronic health issues.
When she is not writing, she can be found at the local yarn store knitting, making art, reading, or spending time with her family.
